Summary of Position: The Project Contract Administrator is a resource to provide administration support for the office manager, regional manager and project managers.
Duties & Responsibilities
·        Provides administrative support to project team with document preparation, presentations, letters, reports, etc.
·        Prepare and maintain contract documents, change orders, work orders and other construction related documents.
·        Obtain vendor records (i.e. license, insurance, etc.)
·        Assists with coordination of various special project requests and needs
·        Schedules and coordinates calendar appointments, internal and external meetings, conferences and special meetings.
·        Assist in preparing monthly reports.
·        Assist in contract closing activities as required.
·        Attends and actively participates in team related meetings and training - prepares agenda and minutes of meeting documents with management support as requested.
·        Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with all members of the team, customers, clients and others.
·        Shows flexibility and creativity in completing work assignments
·        Other duties as assigned
Skills Required:
·        Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
·        Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills required
·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·        Highly Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and PDF
·        Highly customer service oriented
·        Ability to multi-task and organize workflow to manage daily responsibilities, meet deadlines and prioritize work.
·        Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others to meet performance objectives.
·        Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers
·        Ability to demonstrate initiative to complete tasks and communicate with the project team.
