As  the Accounts Payable Supervisor- Shared Services, you will report to the Shared Services Senior Manager – AP/T&E and lead the Accounts Payable function for Lennox in North America. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: Lead a team of Accounts Payable Processors by training, coaching, motivating, setting goals, assist in evaluating performance and planning work assignments. Research and problem solve invoice discrepancies to ensure on-time payment and implement improvements to this process. Manage a high volume of daily invoices that are imported into the accounting systems by way of uploads and resolve invoice rejections relating to PO discrepancies, invalid account segments and other accounting errors. Regularly interface with accounting teams to resolve invoice discrepancies in a timely manner. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of invoice processing which includes automation project initiatives, testing new functionality and supporting system upgrades. Develop, update, and maintain service level agreements and process documentation. Duties, responsibilities and activities may be assigned or changed from time to time. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 5 years related experience. Supervisory experience in a shared services transactional environment with manufacturing or distribution background is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required (will consider an equivalent combination of education and experience) Accounts payable, accounts receivable, or customer service supporting multiple systems Project development and leadership for process and system enhancements Experience with cloud-based procure-to-pay solutions required, including experience with 2 and 3-way matching and ERS SAP experience strongly preferred Advanced excel skills required Basic knowledge of general ledger accounting and reconciliation accounts Experience developing and delivering training to end-users and team members RPA development experience a plus Strong interpersonal and communication skills Complex and creative problem-solving WHAT WE OFFER: Outstanding 401(k) with company matching and 1-year bonus.
