Consilio, LLCcurrently seeks a dynamic inside sales professional to join our Global Sales Organization. In this role, you will be responsible for securing initial sales meetings for our Senior Business Development Managers, utilizing both cold and warm marketing leads and leveraging CRM, internet research and social media. In addition, you will assist our Business Development team in managing in-bound client calls as well as in implementing strategic sales research and marketing initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

Prospect and target new clients as well as nurture relationships with existing clients. Additionally, you will spend a % of your time out in the field pursuing new client relationships.

We are looking for a candidate who enjoys communicating via telephone as well as in person and who demonstrates a professional-level of communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and a strong client orientation are critical in this position; our clients include general counsel, trial attorneys, and litigation support professionals. In addition, you will:


Inside Responsibilities

?Meet activity goals; 300-400 touches a week (emails, phone calls, schedule meetings, follow-ups) resulting in awarded projects and revenue growth. Ensure documentation of all activity.

?Work as part of a team to develop and grow relationships with existing and potential clients. Perform various types of follow up calls, including post-marketing campaigns and new case feedback.

?Research and identify key decision makers and targets within corporations and firms using CRM, Internet and social media

?Understand and be fluent in company services and offerings and be able to asses client needs in a short amount of time

?Receive inbound calls for sales team members when they are out of the office, providing prompt, professional, engaging attention to all clients as well as accurately documenting client call information.

?Provide sales support by researching case leads through periodicals and the Internet.

?Maintain and monitor/update the client contact database.

?Must have the ability to communicate effectively verbally, as well as written with all levels of organizations.

?Must be able to work independently, demonstrate initiative; managing individual day-to-day activities.

Additional Field Responsibilities

?Work with Management to identify target list of companies and firms.

?Research those targets and pursue potential opportunities

?Meet with those potential clients and foster relationships with them.

?Meet set forth revenue targets with target list companies and firms.

?Document all activity and opportunities correctly and in a timely manner in CRM system.

?Be prepared to outline pipeline activity on team calls.

Job Requirements

?BA/BS degree or equivalent

?5 years experience - Previous sales and cold-calling or telemarketing experience, preferably to CEOs, VPs, and other high-level executives

?Demonstrated ability to hunt for new customers with strong desire to WIN

?Strong phone presence and excellent written communication

?Experience working with Salesforce.com

?Excellent communication and teamwork skills

?Proficient or experience with Microsoft environment and tools; including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook

?Willingness and desire to grow with the role or into other roles, as appropriate, including field role
